History
On 27th June 2022, Busway Electric India Private Limited was formed under Ministry of Corporate affairs [CIN- U51909WB2022PTC255088]. We have Certificate of Recognition as '' Startup '' by Ministry of Commerce & Industry. We have also registered ourselves under Goods & Service Tax as per GST No. 19AAKCB8693H1ZZ. We are serving customers across the globe due to being registered under Directorate General of Foreign Trade for Import & Export Business. We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified company and a Licensed Electrical Contractor.
Our Founder
Our company was started by Mr. Ashok Kumar Sahu by utilizing his over 20 years of experience in the Field of Sales & Marketing of Electrical & Electronics Products including Switch Gear, Busbar Trunking, Digital Weighing Balances and Solar Thermal & PV. His educational qualifications comprises a diploma in Electrical Engineering from Govt. Polytechnic Rudri, Chhattisgarh, and an MBA in Marketing & Finance from Sikkim Manipal. In his career, he has worked with Godrej & Boyce, Legrand India, Photon Energy, Nitiraj Engineers Limited. He also acquired opportunities and experience by working in various parts of the country, including Chhattisgarh, Orissa, Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, and North East states. He is the creator of Busway Electric India Pvt. Ltd. and has 70% of the company shares. He serves as both the managing director and one of the directors of the company.
Ms. Rewati Sahu is also the founder of our company. By qualifications, she has done post graduation (MA in economics) and made a sincere contribution in the family & now in business. With 30% share holding, she is among the founding members of Busway Electric India Pvt Ltd. She contributes to the company by working as a director.
